1. Cancellation by you
You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the Service or by writing to laura@contracttenders.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, unless you request immediate termination.
2. Consumer cooling-off period
Consumers in the United Kingdom have a right to cancel a purchase of digital services within 14 days of the contract being formed. Where you request that we begin providing the Service during the 14-day period you acknowledge that:
- You lose the right to cancel once the Service has been fully provided; and
- Where the Service has been partly provided you may be charged for the value of what has been provided up to the date you notify us of cancellation.
3. Refunds for paid subscriptions
Subscription fees are paid in advance. Except where required by law, or where the paragraph below applies, subscription fees are non-refundable and no refund is given for partial billing periods.
4. Service failure
Where a material and continuing failure of the Service prevents reasonable use and we are unable to remedy the failure within a reasonable time, you may cancel the affected part of your subscription and we will refund fees paid in advance for the unused period.
5. Beta and free features
No refund is available for beta or free features, which are provided without charge and without warranty.
6. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days. Bank clearance times may apply.
7. Suspension and termination by us
Where we suspend or terminate your subscription for breach of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, no refund is due for the affected period.
8. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom.
