Rhics Ltd is a technology company registered in England and Wales, operating the Contract Tenders software-as-a-service platform. Our operations are digital, delivered from the United Kingdom and Europe, with a small team of employees and specialist contractors.
2. Our commitment
We have zero tolerance for slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, and human trafficking, whether within our own operations or in our supply chain. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships.
3. Our people
Everyone who works for or with us is engaged on lawful terms, at or above statutory pay floors, with clear written terms, freedom to leave, and access to grievance channels. Recruitment references and right-to-work checks are carried out as required by UK law.
4. Our supply chain
Our supply chain is limited and dominated by regulated technology providers such as cloud hosting, payment processing, and AI infrastructure. We select suppliers with published codes of conduct that address modern slavery, and we retain the right to terminate for material breach.
5. Training and awareness
We brief our team on modern slavery risks relevant to our sector, including risks in international procurement and consultancy work supported through our platform.
6. Reporting concerns
Anyone with a concern about modern slavery in connection with our business is encouraged to report it to laura@contracttenders.com. We treat such reports confidentially and investigate them promptly.
