1. General information disclaimer
The content of the Contract Tenders website and platform, including any opportunity listings, summaries, scoring, blog articles, benchmarks, and generated drafts, is provided for general information and decision-support purposes only. It is not intended to amount to advice on which you should rely. You must obtain professional or specialist advice before taking, or refraining from, any action on the basis of any content available through the Service.
2. Accuracy of information
We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service up to date, but we make no representations, warranties, or guarantees, whether express or implied, that any content is accurate, complete, current, non-infringing, or free from error or omission. Procurement notices change frequently and definitive information should always be obtained from the issuing authority's official portal.
3. Third-party sources
The Service ingests information from third-party sources including national portals (for example the UK's Contracts Finder and Find a Tender), multilateral development banks, donor agencies, and other public procurement platforms. We do not control those sources, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, or terms of use.
4. Cloud storage disclaimer
Your Customer Content and Outputs are stored on infrastructure operated by third-party cloud providers listed on our Sub-processors page. We apply the security measures described in our Security page and DPA. Even so, no service that transmits data over the internet or stores it in the cloud can be guaranteed to be 100 percent secure. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of any content that is critical to your operations and for classifying uploaded content in line with your own security policies.
5. Upload of data to AI models
Producing summaries, drafts, scores, and answers requires sending relevant excerpts of your data to large language model providers acting as our sub-processors. Those providers are contractually restricted from using your inputs and outputs to train shared or public models, and from retaining them beyond what is necessary to return the response and detect abuse. Notwithstanding those safeguards you should:
- Not upload information you are not authorised to share.
- Not upload special category personal data, criminal-offence data, or material subject to strict confidentiality obligations, unless you have a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards in place.
- Understand that a residual risk remains inherent to any use of external AI services, and that no such service can be warranted absolutely secure.
6. AI output disclaimer
AI-generated Outputs are produced by probabilistic systems, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and must be independently verified before use. Please read our Use of AI and LLMs policy. Outputs do not constitute legal, financial, procurement, or professional advice.
7. No professional relationship
Use of the Service does not create any solicitor-client, consultant-client, or other professional relationship between you and Rhics Ltd or its personnel.
8. Links to third-party sites
The Service may link to third-party websites. Those links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them, or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
9. Limitation of liability
Our liability arising out of, or in connection with, any reliance you place on the Service is subject to the limits and exclusions set out in our Terms of Service. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
10. Governing law
This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
