1. Prohibited content
You must not upload, transmit, or generate content that:
- Is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, or promotes violence or extremism.
- Infringes intellectual property, trade secrets, or confidentiality obligations of any third party.
- Contains personal data that you are not lawfully entitled to process.
- Contains special category or criminal-offence data without a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.
- Contains malicious code, exploits, or content designed to interfere with any system.
2. Prohibited conduct
You must not use the Service to:
- Submit or assist in submitting fraudulent, misleading, or non-compliant tender responses.
- Circumvent public procurement integrity rules, conflict-of-interest rules, sanctions, anti-bribery or anti-money-laundering laws.
- Impersonate any person or organisation or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Scrape, republish, or resell content of the Service or of the underlying data sources in a manner that breaches their terms.
- Circumvent rate limits, quotas, authentication, or usage measurement.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code, training data, or weights of any part of the Service.
- Use the Service to build a competing product or to benchmark models on behalf of a competitor.
- Send unsolicited commercial communications through, or via, the Service.
3. Security
You must not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, workspace, or system.
- Interfere with, or probe the security of, the Service outside a coordinated vulnerability disclosure process. To report a suspected vulnerability, please write to laura@contracttenders.com.
- Introduce viruses, worms, ransomware, or other malicious code.
4. High-risk uses
The Service is not designed for use in the operation of critical infrastructure, life safety systems, medical decision-making, or any activity where the failure of AI outputs could result in death, personal injury, or severe environmental damage. You must not use it for those purposes.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected breaches, remove offending content, throttle, suspend, or terminate your access, and, where required, notify law enforcement or a regulator. Where the breach is capable of remedy we will normally give you a reasonable opportunity to remedy it first.
